£22,000 - £28,000 + (salary is negotiable, based upon your experience)

Our client is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop and expand their client base within the industrial division and join their already successful team. The role is busy, varied and will provide you with an interesting mix of interviewing, advertising, negotiating, sales, business development, referencing, visiting client premises, client retention and a whole host of other daily responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruiter (6 months+) who has experience within the Industrial sector, or a consultant who is wishing to get into this sector.
You will have strong sales skills and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates ensuring that you continuously provide the highest level of service satisfaction to their customers.
