Job Description - CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are looking for people to join our team of Customer Care Representatives, who together provide advice, services and solutions for our Customers. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face and voice of FedEx, providing outstanding customer experiences each and every day. Don`t worry if you`ve not worked in a Care Centre before, we will give you all the training and support you need. Joining our Customer Service team, you will be an integral part of delivering outstanding service for our customers during o ur normal operating hours are currently 8am - 6pm.

  • We have full and part time positions available, which will be predominantly Monday to Friday, however Saturday working will be on rotation and between, 8am – 1pm. Advising our customers on how to use FedEx services and tools
  • Helping customers resolve service-related issues
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow business with our customers
  • Working together with other teams at FedEx to make every customer experience outstanding
Computer literacy and ability to easily navigate between different screens and systems
  • 52, with an opportunity to earn bonus, along with 23 days holiday.
