Senior Warehousing Manager

Juice is delighted to be working with fantastic company in central Cheltenham, in their search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. Supporting a small team of 3, this role would be ideal for a Warehouse Supervisor looking to progress their career into Management. Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

• Encourage staff training and development as necessary
• Maintenance and development of warehousing systems
• Liaison with customers, suppliers and transport companies as required
• Ensure that stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Must have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
• Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the warehouse
• Set and maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
