Support Systems Assistant

Systems Support Assistant | 12 Week Placement | £19,968. The Systems Support Assistant role is key in delivering high quality and effective training which ensures safe working practice and compliance. This will be achieved through providing effective communication to stakeholders, administration, and high-volume delegate management. Consulting with key internal and external stakeholders the post holder will build excellent working relationships that are conducive to individualised, high quality training experiences for all colleagues and delegates. Accuracy of record keeping is essential, and the proactive use of electronic systems will be key to achieving the above. The Key Requirements Confidence and experience in using learning system or willingness to learn. Provide excellent customer service to delegates, managers, and suppliers. Experience of working in a fast paced, rapidly changing, commercial and often challenging environment An understanding of the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) and adult learning principles. Committed to learning and self-development, demonstrates evidence of continuous professional development. Knowledge of a manufacturing environment Strong computer literacy, experience of MS office Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with a range of key stakeholders. Track record of working effectively to deadlines and adapting to changing conditions Experience of using electronic systems for planning and monitoring purposes Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
