JP Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Warehousing facility, based in Corby, to recruit a Warehouse Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as a single point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring the contract requirements are met and any issues are resolved effectively and efficiently.
Processing customer orders from ordering through to dispatch.
Allocation of orders, printing and allocating labels.
Working with the Warehouse Supervisors and Managers to ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed timescales.
Checking and maintaining the Warehouse Management, SAP and information systems. The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in an administrative contract role, ideally within warehousing, or a 3PL organisation.
Good working knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems; Blue Yonder and Red Prairie.
A keen eye for detail, highly analytical and demonstrates the ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to handle problems effectively and quickly. You will ideally be immediately available or on a short notice period.
