Do you have warehouse or people management experience and are you seeking a new opportunity? Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader, offering an attractive salary up to £51k p/a as well as 23 shifts annual leave, free on-site parking (inc. of e-charging) and access to a Wellbeing room and Multi-faith room. You’ll be entitled to an annual performance related pay bonus and pay reviews, and have the opportunity to utilize or range of flexible benefits and corporate discounts including childcare vouchers, holiday buy/sell scheme and optional health care and life assurance. This role will be working a 4 on 4 off rotation (days and nights) comprising of 12-hour shifts.
Reporting directly to the shift lead, you are responsible for executing the plan for a full range of product movements from receipt through to picking, completion of customer deliveries and outgoing inter-branch transfers. You will be accountable for a variety of business metrics including safety, engagement, cost, process and service.
