• Oversee the management, control, and handling of all dispatch, logistics, packing and re-packaging of product, and warehouse activities.

Manage and plan consignments to, and manage and plan stock in, multiple international 3P ecommerce warehouses. Manage onsite H&S and warehouse training. Lead the integration of advanced warehouse management systems and digitalisation initiatives. Provide Management, leadership and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in leveraging technology for process optimisation. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights. Proven track record of success in warehouse and logistics management roles, with demonstrated expertise in optimising material flow and driving continuous improvement.
