Warehousing - Warehouse Manager

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager. This position will be suitable for someone who has strong planning skills due to a couple of changes within the warehouse.Excellent planning and organisational skills especially around workforce/resource planning.

• 5+ years experience of managing a warehouse
• Excellent people management skills especially with training and development
• Experience of being part of a senior management team.
• Experience of overseeing the implementation of a WMS system would be an advantage.

Manage all warehouse operations, inbound, outbound, and trunking operation Oversee warehouse Health and Safety compliance. Direct warehouse Group Audit compliance. Govern warehouse costs within budget and forecast levels. Manage warehouse reports weekly, investigate reasons for variances and to instigate corrective action where necessary. Deal with all warehouse disciplinary issues in line with company policy. The warehouse is currently a team of 25 people working between 7am and 7pmMonday to Friday.
