Job Description - Warehousing - Warehouse Manager

This isn't your ordinary First Line Manager role within a warehouse environment. Are you someone who is passionate about how we care for the most vulnerable people in society? Our Community Service Centre in Bicester is currently looking for a new Warehouse Supervisor to lead our friendly team of Warehouse Operatives. NRS Healthcare is the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, we deliver complete end-to-end services through all stages of equipment provision and recycling, within the healthcare sector. As the First Line Manager for our Warehouse team your role will be varied, ensuring goods-in and goods-out processes are as efficient as possible, ultimately ensuring our service users receive important equipment in as short a time as possible. Our Warehouse Operatives are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide. From picking and loading equipment, to liaising with our driver Technicians. As well as managing the Team, you'll also be responsible for tracking and managing stock inventory, which will include liaising with purchasing and other teams. This role requires strong communication skills and Warehouse experience and/or previous management experience. Full training will be provided as a part of this role.
