Job Description

Are you passionate about developing people and organisations? Do you dream about getting hands-on experience with building and running some our internal initiatives to support our ambitious Talent Management agenda? Then this is the once in a lifetime opportunity!

In this role you will build your skills and gain insights from experience HR professionals. You will primarily be responsible for the operational (day-to-day) support and coordination of a brand-new talent program called Navigator.

Eligibility

  • This is a paid, full time internship (37.5h/week) for 12-month internship placements. This role would require the ability to work from our London office 3 days per week.

  • Be a student with the right to work in the UK already in place.

  • Available to start working in September 2024.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support on the development, facilitation, and administration of "The Navigator Programme" for our emerging talents.

  • Crafting and managing communication activities with respect to Navigator, such as putting together a communications plan, creating assets, and engaging materials for participants.

  • Actively manage participants to ensure the smooth running of Navigator.

  • Act as a single point of contact for participant queries.

  • Develop Alumni approach with Talent Director, support and build alumni activities and communications.

  • Support the nomination process of our talents.

  • Design evaluation tools (e.g. MS Forms) and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to measure programme impact.

  • Support the impact measurement across Navigator and all other programmes lead by Talent Management.

  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments / projects and work independently.

  • Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines.

  • Savviness using the Microsoft Office package, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and energised by helping others.

  • Curiosity to learn and not afraid of experimenting with new tools or ideas.
