Job Description - VIP Relations Intern

Haus of Strauss is the brand’s VIP gifting and events suite. It hosts daily appointments across the fashion, music, entertainment and culture industries. Guests are invited in for 1-2-1 fittings to pick up the latest and greatest from our collections, capsules and collaborations. Located in the heart of Soho the experience is always premium, inspiring and positive. We aim to deliver best-in-class experiences from our guests who can be established talent, agents, stylists, influencers and tastemakers.

We’re looking for an intern to work in an operational capacity supporting the VIP Relations Team. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and a strong communicator who is passionate about product and has a keen interest in all cultural touchpoints. You’ll be a brand ambassador within the team – we are passionate and optimistic people with an open mind and a can-do attitude.

Role Outline:

  • This role is based full time in the Levi’s® UK HQ, there may be times when WFH is green lit at the discretion of the VIP Relations Manager
  • You’ll be a part of a fast-paced environment which requires a hands-on & can do attitude while working as part of an agile and dynamic team. This role requires a balance of priorities including strategic, operational, creative and executional excellence

  • You’ll build relationships with key internal stakeholders across the UK marketing, merchandising, OTC, office/facilities management, VM and more

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: support with coverage monitoring – monitor earned coverage gained through Haus visits, send outs as well as events. Carefully monitor all coverage and support Haus specialist in preparing regular reports.
  • Product Management: support with Haus operations including seasonal and ad hoc product replenishment; ensuring Haus stock room is always well maintained, stocked and tidy as well as managing deliveries. Pulling product from store or ordering on levi.com when necessary.
  • Showroom Management: support in ensuring Haus guests always have a premium experience – amenities and services are premium, on brand standards and seamlessly executed. Ensure Haus is always pristine for every guest. Maintain weekly and daily to-dos.
  • Support in coordinating customization requests between Haus team and Levi’s tailors – maintain clear overview of all tailor projects and support Haus specialist in final delivery to VIP/Talent.
  • Assets: curating lookbooks with product overviews, experience in using Adobe Creative Suites and other relevant applications is desirable though not necessary. Ordering packaging to support the day to day running of the showroom (bags, labels, notecards, etc).
  • Support with the preparation and execution of key events – i.e. coordination of guestlist and RSVP management, coordinate logistics for talent and VIP attendance as well as providing on-site support at events.
  • Provide administrative support to Haus team including - PO creation and receiving, capturing outcome of key meetings, sharing key Haus coverage for North European and Global PR newsletters.
  • Regularly conduct desk research to stay on top of competitor activity in the market.
  • Support in maintaining Haus contact database.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in data, tracking and reporting.
  • Interest in product.
  • Social media savvy and interest in digital media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in Center of Culture:  fashion, music, sustainability and consumer trendsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
