Are you passionate about supporting sales and marketing efforts to drive growth? We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Commercial Support Intern at Appointedd. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our sales and marketing teams, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the growth of our enterprise client base.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Support Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and seamlessly integrate Appointedd solutions for our enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with sales administration tasks, marketing support activities, and providing general support to ensure the success of our client-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales administration tasks such as data entry, maintaining CRM records, and generating reports.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborating with our team to build out Account Plans of key enterprise clients

2. Marketing Support:

  • Aid in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Assist in organising events, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote our solutions to potential clients.

3. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitive insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

4. Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: You have an undergraduate degree.
  • Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, including data entry, documentation, and communication.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Sales and Marketing Interest: Interest in sales and marketing activities, with a desire to learn and contribute to these areas.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £12.00/hour, 35 hours a week with a hybrid approach (partly from home, partly from the office)
