What You’ll Do
As a Digital Product Graduate, you’ll be the voice of the customer from day one - solving problems, defining product roadmaps, and building products that could impact millions across the UK. We’ll support your growth with:

• Start with our Grad Kick-Off Day at Apadmi’s new state-of-the-art training facility.


• Follow a structured Product learning curriculum, designed to help you progress to Product Owner.


• Shadow experienced Product Owners and work on a variety of live projects.


• Receive on-the-job training and work with cross-functional teams.


• Earn your Professional Scrum Master certification within the first 6 months.


• Complete a Level 4 Product Manager qualification, preparing you for your next step as a Junior Product Owner.


• You’ll get involved in a varied programme of learning events via our Apadmi Academy, including quarterly in-person ApadGrad training days and monthly knowledge sharing forums for our cohort of graduates.
