This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team as an AI Product Analyst, where you'll help shape the next generation of AI-powered customer journeys while working towards a Level 4 AI & Data apprenticeship qualification.

About the Role

As an AI Product Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience.

Initially focused on our Conversational Search capability, you'll help develop AI-powered products that make it easier for customers to find the right products, information, and solutions. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, UX specialists, and business stakeholders to turn innovative ideas into reality.

This is an ideal opportunity for graduates who are excited by the potential of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Search Technologies, and Digital Product Development and want to gain hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll gain practical experience across the full product lifecycle, including:

AI Product Development

• Supporting the design and delivery of AI-powered customer experiences


• Helping shape new AI use cases from concept through to implementation


• Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI solutions


• Supporting innovation and experimentation activities to validate ideas and improve outcomes

Product & Backlog Management

• Supporting Product Owners with backlog management and prioritisation


• Translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria


• Working closely with Engineering and Data teams to ensure successful delivery


• Supporting roadmap planning and feature development

Data & Analytics

• Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities


• Monitoring customer engagement and AI performance metrics


• Producing insights and recommendations that influence product decisions


• Supporting data quality and governance initiatives

AI Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluating AI-generated outputs and identifying opportunities for enhancement


• Supporting A/B testing and experimentation activities


• Analysing user feedback and behavioural data to improve customer experiences


• Contributing to the ongoing optimisation of AI products

Stakeholder Engagement

• Building relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Data, and Customer Experience teams


• Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences


• Supporting alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery

• Interest in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and digital experiences

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience or exposure to any of the following would be advantageous:

• Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning projects


• Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Conversational AI


• Product Management methodologies


• Agile Scrum or Kanban environments


• Search technologies or recommendation systems


• SQL, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar data tools


• AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or model performance testing


• User research, customer analytics, or experimentation frameworks
