You\u2019ll get deep insight and experience in:\n\n * Supporting personal tax and social security planning\n\n\n\n\n * Helping clients stay compliant across global jurisdictions\n\n\n\n\n * Advising on global payroll implementation\n\n\n\n\n * Planning and managing equity-based reward programmes\n\n\n\n\n * Implementing tech to help track short-term business visitors\n\n\n\n\nNo two days are ever the same \u2014 expect hands-on experience with real-world business problems and global clients.\n\n\ud83e\udde0 What You\u2019ll Learn \u0026 Do\n\nAs a Global Tax Pathway apprentice, you\u2019ll study for a Level 4 Taxation Technician Apprenticeship, gaining a professional ATT qualification alongside vital on-the-job learning.\n\nHere\u2019s what you\u2019ll be doing:\n\n * Supporting clients on international personal tax and social security matters\n\n\n\n\n * Advising on global work strategy and compliance\n\n\n\n\n * Preparing cost estimates, tax projections, and assignment documentation\n\n\n\n\n * Acting as a point of contact for mobile employees and senior leaders\n\n\n\n\n * Using tech and automation to improve efficiency and experience\n\n\n\n\n * Conducting research on tax regulations and mobility trends\n\n\n\n\n * Working with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless delivery\n\n\n\n\nYou\u2019ll have plenty of support, including your own buddy, line manager, programme manager, and a Talent Coach from our learning provider.\n\n\ud83c\udf81 What We Offer\n\nWe don\u2019t just talk about learning and growth \u2014 we live it.
