The Role

Outline for a possible additional workshop apprenticeship in early 2027. The employer had not confirmed a course, training provider, job scope or approved start date.

Potential exposure to the mixed plant/light-vehicle workshop. Exact allocation between vans, pickups, forklifts, hydraulic jacks and generators is not yet defined.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposed: assist qualified technicians with maintenance tasks under suitable supervision.
• Proposed: learn workshop safety, tool care, housekeeping and record keeping.
• Proposed: complete the training and assessments of an agreed apprenticeship programme.
• Work only within the training and supervision arrangements agreed for the final programme.

Skills and Experience Required
