Your role and responsibilities

You will be working on the Pensions Helpdesk and will provide first point of contact help and support to our members. This helps the Pensions team provide the customer with the information they need and ensures the team meets its service level agreement with its scheme employers.

You will assist in the provision of a proactive, efficient and effective pensions service while being responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records.

Your apprenticeship

We welcome apprenticeship applications from all ages and backgrounds. There's no upper age limit - it's never too late to start developing new skills. We want to provide opportunities for anyone interested in launching or advancing their career.

The apprenticeship you're applying for must build on your qualifications. If you have experience in this field, the apprenticeship you're applying for must be at a higher level.

Read the Job and Person Profile, see the how to apply section below and the Apprenticeship Recruitment Brochure (pagetiger.com)  they hold a range of information.

This applies during the final 3 months of your contract.

You will need

  • to be able to work to a high degree of accuracy
  • effective and demonstrable communication, organisational and time management skills
  • to be friendly and build a good rapport with your customers and put them at the forefront of everything you do.

Empowering Everyone

We’re big believers in potential, possibility and the power of different ideas. We’re always searching for ways to encourage, respect and enable everyone to be the best they can be. We want to represent the diverse communities we serve. We welcome applications from all individuals, especially those from groups that are currently underrepresented in the organisation, as shown in our Workforce Equality Report
