Location: Malvern

Salary: Apprentice Rate for 6 months then going up after that + Benefits

A well-established regional contractor is looking to recruit an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Malvern.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career within Quantity Surveying while gaining practical experience alongside industry professionals. You will work on a variety of construction projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential and leisure, whilst receiving ongoing support and development.

The Role

Assisting the commercial team with the day-to-day management of construction projects
Supporting the preparation of valuations, cost reports and forecasts
Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
Monitoring project costs and commercial performance
Supporting contract administration and project documentation
Working closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project Managers
Developing your technical and commercial knowledge through structured training and mentorship
Requirements

A keen interest in pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying and Construction
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and organisational abilities
Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence desirable
