Job Description - Apprentice SHEQ Administrator

O'Neill & Brennan are currently working with a well-established main contractor based in Kent who are seeking an Apprentice SHEQ Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction health & safety while gaining industry-recognised qualifications.

The Role
Supporting the SHEQ team with administration and compliance
Maintaining health & safety records and documentation
Liaising with site teams to gather information
Assisting with audits, inspections, and incident reports
General administrative duties

Training Provided
Level 3 Business Administration
NEBOSH Construction Certificate
IOSH Membership
SMSTS

All training is fully funded and completed during working hours.

Requirements
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong communication skills
Confident using the phone
Good organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Interest in construction and health & safety
