We’re Together – the market leading property finance experts with an entrepreneurial spirit. Based in Cheadle, South Manchester, we’ve been established since in 1974 and have built a team of over 750 colleagues, who are passionate about supporting individuals and businesses achieve their property ambitions by making finance work for them.

We pride ourselves on our common-sense approach to lending and offer a range of mortgage and secured loan products to individuals and businesses who are typically underserved by mainstream lenders. Our customers are central to everything we do and we work hard to support them to turn challenges into opportunities which make our customers' property ambitions a reality.

If you’re currently studying for A-Levels or an equivalent, and think Uni might not be for you, consider an apprenticeship with Together. We’re one of the finance industry’s best-kept secrets. But we’re not a bank; we’re a mortgage and loan provider. And while we’ve been in business for nearly 50 years, we’re a lot like a start-up: growing fast, and shaking up our industry.

When you’ve completed your apprenticeship, we’ll give you the option to stay permanently. We've got apprenticeships available across several disciplines including:

Mortgage Processing, Marketing, Finance Operations, Commercial Sales, Customer Service, Risk and Financial Crime. And if you’re not sure what you want to do, we’ll work with you to find the best fit.

Our leaders are passionate about our Academy colleagues which means you’ll be at the heart of major projects, creating important tangible outcomes designed to build your experience and confidence in the workplace, gaining recognised qualifications as you go. The majority of our qualifications will be Level, 2, 3 or 4. 

Our application process is now open, and we are excited to start shortlisting candidates for the recruitment and selection process which will commence in the new year. The process includes the following steps:

2. A telephone interview
3. An onsite assessment centre in Cheadle, taking place in March 2026.
