Brand and Trademark Administrator

Brand and Trademark Administrator (Temporary part time role for 6 months) Chandlers Ford - Hybrid Working - 2 Days per Week | Immediate Start - £13.50-£15.59 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand and Trademark Administrator to support a busy Brand Team on a temporary basis. This role could suit a student looking for part time work who is currently studying law, intellectual property, or a related discipline who is looking to gain practical experience in the field, as well as individuals with strong research, analytical and organisational skills, and administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct trademark clearance searches across UK and EU databases for proposed product range names.
Assess and summarise findings on Excel spreadsheet, highlighting any potential risks.
Maintain and update a central range name library and tracker on Excel.
Act as the first point of contact for range name search requests and help prioritise workloads.
Provide administrative support to the wider Brand Team as required.

About You:

Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident written communicator, able to present information clearly.
Organised and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Familiarity with trademark searches or a legal background would be advantageous.
