Job Description - Business Support Internship

This growing leading manufacturer is looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Intern to join a busy office team in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients and gain exposure to the business operation.

This internship is an 12 week internship, ideally starting asap until December 2025 and is open to students and graduates from any discipline.

This opportunity will be to offer support and coordination to the UK/Export Team and full training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to office and production teams
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper-based)
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records if required
Support with the implementation of a new scheduling system

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A team player with a can-do attitude and strong organisational skills
