Internship Department Details: Department Name: Sales Operations Business Function: Commercial Excellence Team Highlights: Play a crucial role in supporting sales strategy and operational efficiency. Work with data-driven insights to optimize commercial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support, to drive business success. Gain hands-on experience in CRM tools, reporting analytics, and sales process optimization. Where you come in: You will assist in analyzing sales data and performance trends to support decision-making. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Data engineers or Operations specialists to develop insights that drive operational improvements. You will support internal projects aimed at enhancing sales productivity and efficiency. You will work with CRM systems & Reporting tools to maintain data accuracy and optimize reporting. What makes you successful: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret sales data. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying business insights. You bring excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Your proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
