Contract Review Intern

Who we are looking for:

Over the summer you will turn a backlog of 1,000 historic customer contracts into organised, searchable insight. By bringing order to our contract store in HubSpot, surfacing key commercial terms and highlighting deviations from template language and any associated risk, you will give our Commercial and Finance teams an instant view of our contract landscape - clearing the path for smoother renewals and a faster move to our new standard agreement.

Essential Experience/Skills

• Penultimate or final‑year law undergraduate, GDL/LPC student, or recent graduate.


• Coursework or internship involving contract interpretation


• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

We gain a single, reliable source of truth on contractual rights and obligations, enabling faster sales cycles, precise revenue forecasting and reduced legal exposure.

On the wider team: 

Commercial and Finance teams will collaborate around a shared contract dataset rather than siloed folders; saving time and avoiding rework.

Cleaner records mean quicker responses on renewals, clearer terms and smoother transitions to modernised agreements.
