Must have’s

* Recent graduate, university student or someone looking to gain office experience

* Friendly, confident and professional approach

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Positive and professional telephone manner

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliable, proactive and eager to learn

So, what will you be doing?

* Managing incoming email correspondence

* Answering inbound telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately

* Providing excellent customer service via phone and email

* Updating and maintaining accurate records

* Supporting with general administrative duties

* Assisting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks

* Ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at all times

Helpful extras

* Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential

* Full training will be provided

* Temporary assignment from Wednesday 5th August until between 17th August and 9th September

* Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm

* Smart jeans or trousers to be worn (company T-shirt provided)
