Engineering Intern

The Intern will principally work within the Engineering Dept gaining experience across all areas of engineering processes involved within AVK, as well as being exposed to other areas of the business during the placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with the Engineering team in the specification and design of Generator systems.
• Assisting in the development of design documentation, method statements, risk assessments, procedures and associated test documentation.
• Review of technical proposals, submissions, documentation and studies.
• Attend client meetings, factory and site tests and support in site supervision and technical assistance during project installation.
• Other departmental activities as requested by the business

• Studying Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or similar.
• An interest in Generators.
