We are currently recruiting a full-time intern to support the ESG team in its activities for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated student or recent graduate with a keen eye for detail, strong data analysis skills, and a genuine interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ESG integration and data management within the fast-paced private equity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ESG team in the implementation of the ESG action plan, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies.
• Contribute to updating and improving the annual ESG reports for clients, drawing insights from the data collection process.
• Help prepare presentations and materials showcasing the portfolio companies’ ESG performance.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to enhance our understanding of industry trends and ESG regulation.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A strong passion for sustainability and ESG, demonstrated through academic coursework, internships, or work experience.
• Are in your final year or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, environmental science, sustainability, or a related field.
• Some prior experience in a similar role related to sustainability would be a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, particularly using Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and team spirit, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take ownership of your work.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
