What You'll Do

Pay: $17/hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing weekly reports that get sent out to leadership and revenue teams


• Work on various ad hoc requests from revenue teams to help drive revenue growth


• Help with month-end close reporting


• Support the preparation of spread summaries and year-over-year performance analysis across business lines


• Help maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards used by revenue teams


• Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across weekly and monthly reports


• Compile and organize data from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, internal systems) into clean, digestible formats


• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team


• Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and recruiting teams to gather and clarify data

What We're Looking For

Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field


• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP);


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills


• Comfortable working with large data sets and spotting discrepancies


• Clear written and verbal communication skills — able to translate numbers into plain-language takeaways


• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and taking initiative on ad hoc requests

Preferred

• Prior internship or coursework in financial reporting or analytics


• Familiarity with Tableau
