Strive Collective is a London-based company delivering face-to-face campaigns through events, retail environments, and promotional locations. We work with organisations in the energy sector, helping them connect directly with customers and increase awareness of their services.
As our team continues to grow, we are launching our Graduate Management Scheme starting March 2026. This programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to gain practical experience in sales, leadership, and business operations, with a clear pathway into management.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop real-world skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
The Graduate Scheme:
Our structured 12-month development programme provides hands-on training across different areas of the business. Graduates begin by building a strong foundation in face-to-face sales, before progressing into leadership and operational responsibilities.
Learn the fundamentals of face-to-face sales and customer engagement
Represent partner brands at events, retail spaces, and promotional sites
Develop communication, product knowledge, and performance skills
Gain an understanding of how campaign results are tracked and improved
Continue developing personal sales performance
Learn how successful teams are structured and managed
Support the training and onboarding of new team members
Develop coaching, motivation, and communication skills
Take on responsibility for supporting and guiding a small team
Help drive team performance and campaign delivery
Gain experience in leadership, accountability, and team coordination
Learn the operational side of campaign management
Understand recruitment, planning, and team development
Gain a 360° overview of how the business operates
Key Responsibilities
Represent partner brands at events and retail locations across London
Engage with customers face-to-face to introduce energy services
Deliver clear and professional product information
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Participate in structured sales and leadership training
Support team leaders with campaign organisation
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
Contribute to campaign performance and team development
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who:
Have recently graduated or are graduating in 2025 or 2026 (any discipline)
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are confident speaking with people face-to-face
Are motivated to develop a career in sales and leadership
Enjoy working in fast-paced, people-focused environments
Are reliable, proactive, and open to learning
Are able to work on-site in London
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or events can be beneficial but is not required, as full training is provided.
