Role: Groundworker Apprentice
Location: Bicester
Earn while you learn with a 15-18 month Groundwork Apprenticeship
Gain hands-on experience in excavation, drainage, ducting, concreting, kerbing, paving and landscaping
Work alongside experienced site teams while completing practical and classroom-based training
Develop skills in safe excavation, reading drawings, setting out, plant/vehicle movements and site safety
Gain an industry-recognised Level 2 Groundworker Apprenticeship Standard
Achieve a Level 2 NVQ in Groundwork
Functional Skills English and Maths support provided where required
Build a portfolio and complete practical, knowledge and professional assessmentsRequirements

Full UK driving licence
Own vehicle to travel to site
Willingness to learn and work as part of a construction teamPayment Details

£14.28 per hour (first 39 hours)
£21.42 per hour (after 39 hours)
