Looking to kick-start your career in Health & Safety and Business Administration?

I'm currently recruiting for a junior H&S Administrator to join a growing business in the Ipswich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.

No extensive experience is required—just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and an interest in Health & Safety.

💼 What you'll be doing:
➡ Supporting Health & Safety compliance across multiple sites
➡ Coordinating inspections, training, and workplace safety activities
➡ Managing records, documentation, and office administration
➡ Assisting with facilities and office support tasks
➡ Working closely with HR and H&S professionals

👀 What they're looking for:
✔ Interest in Health & Safety and compliance
✔ Strong organisation and communication skills
✔ Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
✔ Full driving licence preferred
