Reply delivers consulting, system integration and digital services to organisations across the telecom and media; industry and services; banking and insurance; and public sectors.


 


 


Role Overview:


The UK HR team supports 1,500 employees and their leadership teams, across multiple specialist businesses. Currently a team of 10 in the UK, and part of a broader People team of 19, we are responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring that the businesses in the region can attract, develop, and retain great talent, whilst providing a fantastic experience at every stage of the employee journey. The team is made up of an HR Operations function and a team of HR Business Partners, both of which play a crucial role in supporting the employees and leadership within the UK. We are currently looking for an Intern to join our HR Operations team for a year, to learn and develop skills within HR Operations and Administration. The internship will be on a full-time basis, based 12 days a month from our office in London, Victoria. Learning and developing skills in core HR Operations processes is the foundation of a successful career HR. This internship will give you exposure to a wide range of HR topics in a dynamic global business and provide the chance to learn from Senior members of the team whilst sharing your own ideas and knowledge. We are committed to supporting the learning and development of all team members, and you will have the chance to take part in several internal courses to develop important business and soft skills, including our Graduate Learning Programme. We will support you with regular performance discussions and coaching, enabling you to develop your career in HR. 


 


 


Responsibilities: 




  • Supporting the entire joiners, movers, and leavers process 






  • Carrying out Pre-employment screening, re-screening and government security clearances 






  • Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment for new employees and managing contract changes for existing employees  






  • Accurate recording of employee information on our HR systems 






  • Learning about employee benefits and supporting benefits administration including enrolment, changes and answering employee queries 






  • Help manage visa sponsorship, include ensuring compliance with document storage and reporting requirements 






  • Providing face to face or remote support to employees and company leadership on a range of issues  






  • Co-managing the HR inbox and service desk system alongside colleagues  






  • Supporting the preparation of payroll data  






  • Close collaboration with partners, employees, HR business partners and recruiting colleagues, ensuring we always deliver a responsive, expert led service to our stakeholders. 






  • Supporting a variety of HR projects  




 


 


About the candidate:




  • Studying towards a Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Management or a related subject  






  • Conscientious with a high attention to detail  






  • Great verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently with people at all levels  






  • Trustworthy – you can establish a relationship of trust with the team and employees through a commitment to openness and quality  






  • Pro-active – a desire to learn and develop new skills and experience and always provide a high-quality service  






  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Word and Excel  






  • Able to work with the team in London Victoria 12 days a month
