Role Overview:

During your Year in Industry as an internal Talent Acquisition intern at Reply, you will assist the UK Recruiting team on sourcing projects and manage our talent pipelines across multiple recruiting requirements. This will include collaborating with the UK Recruiting team to attract top graduates and early careers candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting. This internship position will be a one-year industrial placement as part of your undergraduate degree. The role will be located in Manchester with a Summer 2026 start date. 

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with our recruiting business partners, you'll support the full cycle recruiting of graduate candidates with a focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK


• You will be essential in posting Reply's job ads across multiple platforms and will manage the incoming candidate applications


• Conducting initial qualification calls with graduates who are interested in joining Reply


• Participation in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events


• You'll be instrumental in organising our monthly induction for new employees


• You will be involved in recruiting projects, e. g. industry research, recruiting campaigns and more


• Talent Analytics - you'll assist with delivering our monthly recruiting report

About the candidate:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics, Law or any other relevant fields of study


• You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent and would like to learn about the latest trends in recruiting


• A sound knowledge of the MS office suite


• You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results


• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
