Job Description - Internship M&A | Q1 2026 London

Join our growing team

We are looking for new interns to join our London M&A team.

What you'll do

Gain experience and support the team in all aspects of M&A transactions
Strong involvement in sell- and buy-side prospects and current mandates
Work on pitch preparation, target and investor identification, as well as marketing materials
Conduct market, industry and company research
Work on financial modelling and valuation analyses

About you

Graduate with a strong academic track record in economics, finance or other similar degree
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluent in English
Previous work experience within investment banking, management consulting or other advisory is preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and the commitment to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
