Tikehau Capital is a leading global alternative asset manager with €52.8bn in assets under management.
The Private Equity division (~€8bn in AuM) is a core driver of the Group's growth, pursuing differentiated strategies across Europe and globally.
Within Private Equity, our UK team is dedicated to investing in mid-market businesses across several strategic investment themes: i) Energy Transition, ii) Aerospace & Defence, and iii) Regenerative Agriculture.

Responsibilities:

Deal Execution

Support with due diligence, market and company analysis, and financial modelling
Assist in preparing investment memoranda for committees

Origination & Sourcing

Conduct market mapping and identify potential investment opportunities
Screen new prospects and participate in meetings with advisors, entrepreneurs, and management teams

Portfolio Management

Monitoring and value creation initiatives across portfolio companies

Profile:

The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields;
Previous internship experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity / Consulting is preferred but not a requirement;
Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Experience with financial analysis and a solid understanding of key accounting principles;
