Investment Banking Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA student or recent graduate with a strong passion for investment banking. This role offers hands-on exposure to market analysis, financial modeling, valuations, and transaction advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and build discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
• Prepare detailed valuations and financial analyses for transactions.
• Calculate key financial metrics and support annual business planning and budgeting.
• Construct financial statements in Excel and assist in preparing M&A reports.
• Develop underwriting models to assess asset performance and market changes.
• Perform critical analysis of financial data and business performance.
• Identify and communicate financial trends, insights, and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA.
• Cross-cultural work experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
