Your role
DN Capital is looking for an Intern (to Permanent) or Analyst for our investors relations and fundraising team in the London office. DN has raised five previous funds since its foundation in 2000 and will come back to market shortly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Founding Partners and the Investor Relations Manager to identify potential investors through multiple sources such as geographic benchmarks and conferences assessments


• Assist new investors in their due diligence process and participating in the preparation of fundraising documents including marketing materials and DDQs


• Support with the preparation of DN Capital’s annual general meetings, as well as any firm’s event


• Update DN’s website and social media channels


• Assist the Finance team with the preparation of the quarterly reporting

Requirements

• Previous relevant professional/ internship experience (6 months – 2 years) in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, High Growth Startup, Consulting


• Analytical, energetic and pragmatic person with a can-do attitude


• Organized and collaborative


• Great written and oral communication skills


• Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages preferable
