Level 3 HR Apprenticeship at Yorkshire Learning Trust

Start your HR career with an exciting apprenticeship opportunity within our Trust. As an HR Administrator Apprentice, you will support the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR service while gaining valuable hands-on experience across a range of HR activities, working closely with and learning from an HR Advisor.

Good organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Willingness to learn and develop within HR
Desirable:
Interest in HR or working towards/keen to start a HR qualification
Experience of working in an administrative or customer facing role
Awareness of HR processes or education sector environment
Ability to drive between school sites

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
