Marketing Intern

Dover Street Market is seeking a highly motivated and organised Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team for a six-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, e-commerce, content, CRM, campaign execution and reporting within a global luxury retail environment.

The successful candidate will support the team in delivering marketing initiatives, product launches, content activations and trading campaigns while gaining exposure to both brand and commercial marketing activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations and special projects across multiple channels.


• Day to day CMS updates, leading daily site reviews across the Global DSM territory websites.  


• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, best practices and opportunities within the luxury fashion and retail landscape.


• Coordinate the collection and organisation of assets, information and approvals from brand partners and internal stakeholders.


• Assist with email marketing activity, including campaign set-up, testing and reporting.


• Monitor campaign performance and support the production of regular reports, highlighting key insights and learnings.


• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and project documentation to support effective planning and delivery.


• Provide general administrative and project support to the wider Marketing team as required.

Skills and Experience: 

• Strong interest in luxury retail, fashion and marketing.


• Education or internship experience within the field of marketing, business, communications, fashion or a related discipline.  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.


• Understanding of social media, CRM or digital marketing principles.


• Experience using CMS platforms, email marketing platforms and analytics tools a plus.
