Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for fintech and user experience? We're looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, working closely with our Product Director.

What You'll Do:

As a Product Operations Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customer-facing content is top-notch and our user feedback is effectively utilized.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Intern:

• Content Review & Optimization: Proofread and refine customer-facing content, including application flows, website text, and in-app copy, ensuring consistency, user-friendliness, and a perfect fit for UK users.
• Social media & Market research: Help manage our UK social media presence, research advertising trends in the fintech industry, and support content creation and campaign planning.
• User Support & Feedback Handling: Assist in organizing and triaging user feedback and complaints, identifying patterns, and suggesting product improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Native English speaker preferred, with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for customer-facing content.
• A strong eye for design and content aesthetics, with a keen attention to user experience details.
• Familiarity with or passion for social media trends and digital advertising strategies.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Prior internship experience in startups, fintech, or marketing is a plus.

What you’ll get in return:

• Salary: London living wage, currently £13.85 per hour, negotiable.
• Working Hours: Minimum 2 days or 16 hours per week.
• Start Date: June 2025.
• Location: Near Moorgate Station, London.
