As one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, Pixi Beauty has built an incredible worldwide reputation and is quickly becoming one of the most recognized brands in the industry. Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the Marketing Team on a 12-month contract, starting July 2026- July 2027.

This rose is to support the Marketing team with operational and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, influencer programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping, inventory, and materials for campaigns and events


• Support tracking and coordination of marketing expenses and budgets


• Help maintain influencer ambassador lists and assist with gifting programs


• Contribute to post-campaign reporting and performance tracking


• Assist the team with presentations, research, and administrative tasks


• Support cross-functional projects across Marketing, Events, PR, and Digital teams

Ideal Profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities


• Interest in operations, logistics, and marketing workflows

Requirements

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude


• Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn


• Interest in the beauty industry


• Currently studying Marketing, Communications or similar


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Good time management and attention to detail
