MBA Summer Internship

Deminor is looking for an MBA intern to research market opportunities for one of our business line, to help refine our business strategy, and develop compelling investor materials. This offers significant exposure to our industry and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a growing business at a pivotal stage in its development.

Key responsibilities include:

Market Research & Analysis

• Identify key competitors, their offerings, market positioning, and pricing models


• Evaluate market size and growth potential across different European jurisdictions


• Research regulatory considerations across target markets

Target Client Identification

• Develop comprehensive profiles of potential client segments


• Create a list of target organisations based on strategic fit and business potential


• Research decision-making structures and key stakeholders within target organisations


• Analyze client pain points and how our solution addresses their specific challenges

Business Development Support

• Assist in creating compelling pitch materials tailored to different client segments


• Draft initial outreach communications for partnership discussions


• Support development of use cases and value propositions for different market segments

Business Plan Refinement

• Integrate market research findings into the existing business plan


• Develop financial projections and growth scenarios based on market research


• Refine go-to-market strategy for European expansion


• Identify potential barriers to entry and mitigation strategies

Investor Materials Development

• Assist in creating a comprehensive investor presentation


• Develop valuation models to support funding discussions


• Research comparable companies and relevant valuation metrics


• Identify potential funding sources aligned with company growth strategy

The successful candidate is ideally finishing an MBA or equivalent qualification with some previous experience in Private Equity or the litigation sector. This is a summer internship position.
