Job Description:

CORE POWER is looking for a 3rd or final year Naval Architect student to join our Engineering team at our office in London. The intern will be working collaboratively with the engineers in the Technical team to develop Nuclear Power Ship designs. We are keen to hear from students who expect to achieve a First or Second honours degree of qualification.

This role will give the candidate an overview of aspects of the Outline Concept Design process and is ideal for someone who wants to kickstart their career in Naval Architecture.

Internship Requirements:

• Currently undertaking a degree in Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering or Ship Science


• Desire for a career in ship design or naval architecture


• Strong communication skills


• A quick learner who can take rapidly take on new skills


• A self-starter with a can do attitude


• Right to work in the United Kingdom Permanently
