Key Responsibilities

As a Business Administration Apprentice, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Monitoring and managing general inboxes


• Supporting the team with contract orders and administrative processes


• Providing general office support to the wider teams


• Data input on internal systems


• Supporting the Contract Managers

Working Week

• Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)


• Friday 8:00 AM – 4.30 PM (1-hour lunch break)


• 39.5 hours per week


• This is a fully office-based role

Essential Qualities

• Grade 4/C or above in GCSE English and Maths


• Previous Work Experience


• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Training Information

Training will be with Swarm Training, a national apprenticeship provider in the UK. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, which takes 12-18 months to complete. The apprentice must complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, with monthly training sessions conducted by a tutor, with tasks assigned to be completed during those hours.
