Job Description:

The CORE POWER Internship Scheme is designed to provide an unrivalled experience at the cutting edge of innovation. Placements are available across all business units, in the UK and the U.S. From day one, you will have the opportunity to work with our team as well as partner organisations on work that really matters to the future of maritime nuclear. The Internship Scheme is paid and is expected to run between June and the end of August.

Internship Requirements:

• Currently undertaking a degree in a broad range of subject related to nuclear regulations. This includes nuclear engineering , but would also be appropriate for those studying politics related subjects with a interest in energy policy.


• Interest in a career related to energy policy.


• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing


• A quick learner who can take rapidly take on new skills.


• A self-starter with a can do attitude


• Right to work in the United Kingdom permanently
