EX Venture Academy invites you to Bali for a hands-on Operations Internship where you’ll learn the real-world mechanics of startup operations while collaborating with some of the most exciting companies in climate tech, circular economy, and AI — including trailblazers like Zero X.
This 4 to 6-month unpaid internship is based on-site in Bali, offering an immersive learning experience in a fast-paced international environment. Standout candidates may be awarded scholarships!
What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations and workflows across multiple startup teams
• Learn and implement AI-driven project management tools and automation systems
• Assist in tracking KPIs, project milestones, and resource planning
• Coordinate documentation, reports, and internal task boards
• Help streamline internal processes and propose efficiency improvements
• Participate in meetings, events, and startup activities hosted by the Academy

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Management, Operations, or related programs
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Clear communicator who enjoys working in cross-functional, international teams
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Notion, Airtable
• Fluency in English is required; German or Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
• Proactive, curious, and excited to help build systems that drive real-world innovation
