A Specialist SEN School in Newbury is seeking a dedicated, caring, and patient PMLD Assistant to join their team.

As a PMLD Assistant, you will:
· Deliver 1:1 and small group support tailored to students with PMLD and complex needs.
· Support students with their learning, communication, independence, and personal development.
· Assist students in accessing activities and engaging positively throughout the school day.
· Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
· Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, communication, and engagement.

We're looking for a PMLD Assistant who is:

· Pay: £93-£110 per day
· Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
· Contract: Full-time
