PR & Celebrity Relations Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PR & Celebrity Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain invaluable experience and contribute to the prestigious world of Cartier.

As our PR & Celebrity Relations Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to the PR Manager and the wider PR & Celebrity team across all office activities. Your contributions will be key to maintaining Cartier's esteemed presence in the media.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:

Communications Support:

• Maintain and update our extensive press contacts database for broadcast, print, and digital media.
• Develop specialised press lists for upcoming events and targeted mailings.
• Assist in distributing press information on new collections, product launches, and events to relevant media.
• Contribute to crafting engaging mini-stories and online features.
• Efficiently handle international and national press inquiries and image requests.
• Provide crucial on-site support for various press and celebrity events.
• Compile comprehensive digital press reviews of specific events.
• Act as a point of contact for journalists, celebrities, and stylists, assisting with their requests.
• Undertake basic writing tasks, including drafting letters, memos, reports, and press releases.

Photoshoots & Celebrity Dressings:

• Support the team with UK press photoshoots and celebrity dressing requests, including liaising with publications, coordinating product selections from boutiques, arranging security, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Assist in organising meetings with stylists, journalists, and key 'friends of the house' to showcase our exquisite creations.
• Provide hands-on assistance during photoshoots and celebrity dressings.

PR Reporting & Analysis:

• Record Cartier's press and organic social coverage to contribute to weekly press reviews for product launches and key initiatives.
• Maintain and organise our valuable collection of magazines.
• Offer vital support with reporting and analysis, including DMR, press recaps, and overviews.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Previous work experience in public relations and/or communications is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to work proactively and autonomously
• A collaborative and team-spirited approach, thriving in an international environment
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a distinct advantage.
