The role:
We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and hungry-to-learn Operations & Growth Intern who wants to make an impact from day one. You’ll be at the heart of 32Co’s operations helping us deliver a seamless service to dentists and patients while also gaining exposure to other teams to see how a scaling healthtech business really works.If you’re a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone at the start of your career who’s excited to learn fast and explore where you can make the biggest impact, this role could be your launchpad. You won’t just be observing; we want to trust you with meaningful responsibilities early on.
This is a full-time, paid role. For the right person, it’s a stepping stone into an exciting career with us.
What you’ll do:
• Support our Operations team with fulfilment, packing, and logistics to keep our service running smoothly
• Work with other teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product & Tech), contributing to projects that make a real difference
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and help identify ways to improve how we work
• Learn the ins and outs of a VC-backed startup, working directly with experienced operators and leaders
• Take ownership of meaningful tasks and projects that impact dentists, patients, and our team
• Look for opportunities to jump in wherever help is needed across the business!
