Sales Administrator Apprentice

A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Sales Administrator Apprentice to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying £16,000 per annum.

Your key duties in this Sales Administrator Apprentice role will include but are not limited to:

Processing customer sales orders accurately from order through to delivery
Booking and tracking customer shipments using online courier and freight systems
Preparing shipping documentation, labels and customs paperwork where required
Providing customers with order updates, tracking information and proof of delivery
Liaising with customers, suppliers, couriers and freight providers
Supporting with purchase orders, quotations and gathering pricing information
Maintaining accurate customer, order and shipment records
Providing general administrative support and answering incoming callsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

GCSEs graded 5 (C) or above
Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear and professional communication skills
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new systems
A customer-focused, positive and reliable approach
Keen to learn and develop a career within sales administrationAs part of the apprenticeship, you will receive full on-the-job training and support while working towards your agreed apprenticeship learning objectives, including training in sales administration, customer service, order processing and logistics.
